There’s no required timeframe for scheduling. Whenever a booking comes in, we’ll get your cleaning on the schedule no matter how far in advance the request is.
What types of cleaning products and supplies do you use?
We use nothing but the best cleaning products and supplies available on the market. For an additional fee, eco friendly and nontoxic cleaning supplies are available upon request.
Do you provide before-and-after cleaning photos for verification?
Yes. Once cleaning has been completed, our team will take photos and submit a report to management for review.
Is there a minimum number of cleanings per month?
No, there isn’t a minimum requirement. We care for many properties with 30-day or longer stays, which only need a few cleanings per year. Regardless of frequency, we provide the same high level of care and attention to every property we manage.
How do you communicate once a vacation rental cleaning has been completed?
When a vacation rental cleaning job is completed it is messaged to our office in real time with a full report and photographs.
Do you have in-house cleaners or use third-party vendors?
We do not use subcontractors for our cleanings.
